Regional Australiaにて学ぶ学生（オーストラリア人・留学生向け）奨学金発動！約1200名枠

2018-2019年度、オーストラリア留学産業の経済効果は過去最高の350億ドルに達し、

これを受け、政府はこの経済恩恵を地方に広げていく政策の一環として

①　地方就学学生への卒業生ビザの権利2年からさらに1年の延期のチャンス（条件あり）

②　地方で学び、地方にコミットし続ける方に永住ビザの緩和化（新しい地方スキルビザSubclass491,　地方雇用主スポンサーSubclass 494）

③　年間15000ドルの学生への給付型奨学金　約1200名（オーストラリア人、留学人含める）

④　Regional Australia（地方）の定義をシドニー、メルボルン、ブリスベン以外すべてに広げる
（ゴールドコースト、アデレード、キャンベラ、ホバート、パース、ウーロンゴン、ニューカッスル、ケアンズ、ダーウィン、ケアンズ、ジーロング等）

上記を発動しております。現在、69万人の留学生がいるなか、昨年地方エリアにて就学することを決めた学生はわずか、数％。

この先、地方活性化が期待されます。

この奨学金は各教育機関が応募し、そして以下の各教育機関のそれぞれの指定キャンパスで学ぶ学生に枠数が明確に決まっており、

公表されております。誰にその奨学金を使うか、という選抜は各教育機関独自の査定となります。
