日本からビクトリア州へ到着後の流れ（2022年5月4日時点）
ビクトリア州でのコロナ検査について（2022年5月4日現在の情報）
ビクトリア州に入州される留学生は到着後すぐに自宅などで自主隔離をし、到着後24時間以内にRapid Antigen Test（RAT）で検査をするか、RATが手に入らない場合はCOVID-19 PCR 検査 を受け、陰性の結果が出るまで隔離をする必要があるとStudy Melbourneのサイトに明記されています。
VIC州政府のサイトには到着後24時間以内にRapid Antigen Test（RAT）もしくはCOVID-19 PCR 検査を行うことが強く推奨されています。また、到着後7日以内にコロナの症状が出た場合には必ずRATもしくはPCR検査をする必要があります。RATで陽性結果が出た場合はService VICのアプリ、Websiteなどから報告する義務があります。
- are strongly recommended to undertake a rapid antigen test or PCR test within 24 hours of arriving in Australia
- you are not required to self-quarantine whilst awaiting a result.
- must undertake a PCR or a rapid antigen test if you develop COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days of arriving in Australia
- If you have a PCR test, self-quarantine until you receive a negative result. If you test positive on a rapid antigen test, you must report your result. Follow the Checklist for COVID

ワクチン接種の証明について
日本で取得したワクチン証明をオーストラリアのGP（コロナワクチンを提供しているプロバイダー）へ持っていき、Australian Immunisation Register (AIR)へ登録することができます。約10日間ほどで登録が完了し、デジタルのワクチン証明を取得することが可能となります。デジタルワクチン証明はスマートフォンで提示することができるので便利です。
Australian Immunisation Register (AIR)へ登録するのに必要な条件
- Your vaccine is approved for use or recognised in Australia.
- You received it on or after 1 October 2020.
- Your vaccination record is in English or accompanied by a certified translation.
登録完了後のデジタルワクチン証明の取得の仕方は下記ブログをご参照ください。
登録が完了するまでは、日本から持参したワクチン証明を携帯する必要があります。ワクチン証明に求められる記載はこちら

- the person’s name as it appears in their passport
- the person’s date of birth and passport number
- the vaccine brand name
