WA（西オーストラリア）州のSC190, SC491 留学からの可能性の状況分析：難易度高
西オーストラリアは州のノミネーションにおいて、General StreamとGraduate Streamの2つのストリームを用意しており、General StreamはWestern Australian skilled migration occupation list (WASMOL) の職種の方が対象となりますが、ランキングはポイントが高い方が最優先されることが公表されており、また枠数も非常に少ないことがデータから読みとれます(2019-2020年会計年度：166）。一方、Graduate StreamはGraduate occupation list (GOL) の職種(現在、131職種のみ）の方が対象で、西オーストラリア州にて2年の就学など一定条件を満たしている方ご利用できるストリームとなり（申請条件はこちら）、ランキングシステムは、大学卒（2019-2020年会計年度：2573）か、専門卒か（2019-2020年会計年度：666）という点で枠数に大きな差がでており、その中で職種は非常に限定的、また学ぶ資格コースのAQFレベルの高さのほうがポイントより優先順位が高くなることが公表されています。2020-2021年度はSC190の枠数が2500⇒1100に激減している状況で今後も難易度が増すことが予見されます。現在公表されているGOLにはUnder ReviewであったAccountantはCloseとなり、また Welfare WorkerもCloseされています。Chef, Resutrant Managerは申請可能状態が続いています。Nominationは一時停止中ですが2021年1月から再開することがWA州より公表されております。

State Nominated Migration Program opening soon
4 January 2021
Invitations to apply for the State Nominated Migration Program will resume in January 2021. The Western Australian State nomination criteria have been revised inline with State health and economic recovery prioirties. The changes to the criteria are as follows.
- Intending applicants must be currently residing in Australia to be invited and nominated.
- Intending applications subject to a section 48 bar, are not eligible for State nomination.
- If you are applying through the Graduate stream and due to COVID-19 you completed some of your Western Australian studies online (either onshore or offshore), you are now able to use this study toward the Western Australian study requirement.

If you qualify for both the General and Graduate stream, you will be offered an invitation through the General stream in the first instance. If multiple EOIs are ranked at the same level, invitations will be issued based on the EOI submission date.
If your EOI indicates you are seeking State nomination for both the subclass 190 and subclass 491 visa, you will generally be invited for the subclass 491 visa in the first instance. This is because you will generally have a higher EOI points score for this visa
実質、Trade 職種（Chefや大工、自動車整備士等）の方が進学する専門コース（Vocational Education)の方と大学卒の方の割り振りには極端な差が顕著に結果に表れており、また特に本会計年度はSC190は2500⇒1400と激減していることもあり、留学からSubclass190, SC491への道は留学生総数も多いことから非常に高い競争率となっていることがデータから読み取れます。
