NSW州のSC190、SC491のSkilled Occupation Lists(職種リスト)2022年-2023年度 9月7日公表情報

 

NSW州のSkilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)及び、NSW州Skilled Work Regional visa (subclass 491)の職種リストが2022年9月7日に公表されております。Nominationの条件として各職種に必要な最低就労経験年数と最低必要なポイントが公表されていますので、各職種の競争率もここから伺える状況です。各州の本会計年度(2022年7月1日~2023年6月30日)のSC190, SC491の枠数は以下に転載してありますが、NSW州はSC190が7160,SC491は4870, それぞれ数は多いですが最も人気の高いシドニーを有するNSW州は特にSC190の競争率は非常に高く、さらにITや会計は申請者の数も非常に多いため、必要ポイントが100、115など非常に高い状況になっており、さらにこれらの条件を満たしていても、Nominationは保障されないことが強調されています。Nominationされない限りはSC190, 491は申請ができないビザとなりますので、留学から未経験でという際には人気職種であればより長い年数の卒業生ビザで経験値をあげていく、またビジネスビザ、雇用主スポンサーからの永住ビザなど他のPathwayも想定しておくことが推奨されます。またニーズが高く、競争率の低い職種も注目してみるのものひとつかもしれませんが、各職種での上限数は公表されていない状況のため、NSW州のSC190,SC491の職種リストの優位性のみで先を想定しても、Nomination保障はないため、他のビザの可能性や就職事情など、総合的に考えた戦略が必要となります。ニューカッスル、ウーロンゴン、ブルーマウンテン、バイロンベイ、リズモア、バサースト、オレンジ、シェルハーバーやコフズハーバー、ポートマッコリ―、などRegionalの就学からSC491の場合、就労経験条件が免除(Pathway1の場合)が存在しています。SC491の枠数はNSW州が最も多い枠数となります。Early Childhood TeacherやHairdresser、Carpenter, Social Worker などは低いポイント、短めな就労経験でも可能性がある様子が伺えます。これらのポイントや条件はいつでも変動しうりますので、常に、NSW政府サイトで最新情報をご確認ください

SC491における留学生のNSW州地方就学された方への特典

(ニューカッスルや、ウーロンゴン、ブルーマウンテンやバイロンベイ、リズモア、バサーストやオレンジ、シェルハーバーやコフズハーバー、ポートマッコリ―、アーミデール 等)

留学生のGraduate Pathwayは現時点ではSC190はなし、またSC491のPathway1に関してはWork Experience免除がRegional Australiaエリアで学ぶ学生の特典として挙げられています。

Sublass 491Pathway 1 – Apply directly to an RDA office

To apply under this pathway, you must:

  1. Ensure you are eligible for this visa subclass on the Home Affairs website
  2. Confirm you meet the NSW basic eligibility criteria outlined above 
  3. Complete an EOI in SkillSelect and ensure that:
    • all information is accurate
    • your EOI seeks nomination for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 491) and NSW only
  4. Apply directly to the RDA office in the region you wish to live and work in for the first three years after being granted your visa by Home Affairs
  5. Provide evidence for all points claims in your SkillSelect EOI, and where you currently reside, with your application. You must also provide a copy of your SkillSelect EOI

Regional NSW study exemption

You are exempt from the minimum work experience requirement under Pathway 1 if you have completed study in regional NSW within the most recent 24 months before applying to an RDA office; AND your study is related to your nominated (or closely related) occupation; AND your study in regional NSW makes you eligible to claim points for Study in regional Australia.

  Note: The minimum point score requirement for your unit group still applies.
